  1. gonna try the stuffed chicken breast. I wonder if there is a way to close them up so cheese won't come out! How many points are the pasta by serving please? I am going to try all your recipes, looks so good.

  4. Those recipes look soooo delicious! I'm definitely going to have to try them! Question for you.. do you weigh your meat raw or cooked? I've always wondered how it's supposed to be weighed – I suppose raw makes the most sense because the nutrition facts must reflect how it is inside the package but I feel like I often see people in videos weigh cooked so I'm not sure.

  6. Such amazing low point ideas, and pretty easy except the meatballs would take more time hahaha! Yes, I'm lazy. I'm curious about the points on the stuffed chicken – you said your chicken was 5 oz. breasts, but you counted 2 points for the chicken and 1 point for the cheese. 5 oz of chicken is 3 points, I believe – ?? So was it 5 oz. before cooking, and then only 3 oz. after cooking? Also, I'm sad that all these require the oven, and our oven is out!! I'd love to try the zucchini boats for work next week – I have used the toaster oven at work for those before, so I may do that this week! I have access to a skillet and the microwave. I could probably make the meatballs work in the microwave, but do you have any suggestions for the stuffed chicken??
