  4. Annie, you eat very little protein. You should consider incorporating lentils, nut butters, beans, tempeh, edamame, tofu, chickpeas etc into every meal.

  10. Loved everything as usual annie 😍 When you are cooking the curry don’t let that coconut milk overboil ,like leave it on lower heat ,I was always told it is not good to boil the bubbles up 🥶 hopefully what I’m saying makes some sense

  12. I love everything you prepared Annie. I would definitely enjoy all of these meals! I recommend the brand Nutrex Hawaii for spirulina. I have been drinking it for years and it tastes great. I just mix it with water alone and I enjoy the taste. I will say the smell is harsh but I try not to smell it ha ha. Thank you for another great video! xoxo
